We kindly request that you do not book accommodation through a third-party booking agent or directly through the hotel. We have negotiated a rate of $179 per night for National Symposium attendees, matching the Government rate, and are required to book a minimum number of rooms to avoid paying additional fees. Deadline to reserve guestrooms at this rate is April 22, 2024.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations permitted without penalty if cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm (noon). A valid credit card is required at check-in and a hold will be placed on it for room, taxes and deposit for the duration of your stay.

Parking Rate: Self-Parking – $30/day. In & Out privileges apply. Guests must register their vehicle with guest services upon arrival.
